Step By Step Export Guide

1. Buyer Enquiry & Product Selection

We receive your enquiry through phone, email, website, social media or B2B Portals. 
As per requirement product catalogues, specifications, customization options, pricing, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) are shared. 

2. Sampling & Approval (If Required)

Samples are handcrafted and shipped for quality, finish, and design approval.
Final production begins only after sample confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation & Proforma Invoice

After finalizing products, quantities, and delivery terms we issue a Proforma Invoice detailing:

  • Product description
  • HS Code
  • Pricing
  • Packaging details

We prefer 100% Advance, 50% Advance + Balance Before BL / LC At Sight payment terms to ensure safe, transparent, and efficient international trade.

The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation. Production scheduling begins immediately.

5. Production & Quality Inspection

Products are handcrafted under strict quality control.
Internal inspections ensure durability, finish, packaging safety and export compliance.

6. Export-Grade Packaging

Goods are packed using export-standard, eco-friendly and damage-resistant packaging, suitable for long international transit.

7. Documentation & Compliance

We prepare all mandatory export documents, including:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Shipping Bill
  • Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
  • Fumigation & other required certificates (if applicable)

8. Customs Clearance & Shipment 

Goods are cleared through Indian Customs via authorized export channels, ensuring full compliance with government regulations post which shipment is dispatched via sea freight or air freight, depending on urgency and order size. Tracking details are shared with the buyer.

9. Delivery & Post-Shipment Support

Goods reach the destination port/warehouse safely.
